Queen Guinevere

She holds a letter from her beloved Lancelot as she grasps her trailing veil in her other hand and hurries down the castle corridor to meet her lover.  Her rapidly beating heart flushes her face and lights her eyes with anticipation.
She is 17" tall. Her  light reddish brown English mohair wig is artist made.  Her eyes are imported glass.
Her long sleeved sheer chemise and the trailing veil are a pale sage green silken fabric.  The veil is attached to her crown and edged in a delicate eyelet trim.  Her gored gown is a full circle with a longer back, lined with lace and made of silk brocade.  The puffed sleeves are sheer, trimmed with green silk ribbon.  The sleeve bands are trimmed with silk ribbon flowers. She wears pale gold sculpted ankle boots.  The costume is made by the artist.
Guinvere's body is made using the Robert McKinley method.
